ORDER

This Court, vide order dated 11.04.2023 issued direction to the 1st respondent to get instructions with regard to the return of the original certificates i.e., Community certificate and Transfer Certificate to the petitioner and report before this Court on 19.04.2023 (today).

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned standing counsel appearing on behalf of the first respondent submitted that the second respondent assured that the original certificates viz. Community Certificate and Transfer Certificate will be issued to the petitioner today itself i.e., 19.04.2023.

3. Recording the above submission made by learned standing counsel appearing on behalf of the first respondent, this writ petition stands closed with a liberty to the petitioner to mention before this Court, if the documents sought for by the petitioner was not furnished to him.
