Respondents PRAYER:- This Writ Petition filed under Section 226 of Constitution of India, pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to consider the petitioner representation dated 04.12.2021 and reminder representation dated 23.2.2022 and direct the respondents to include the petitioner name in patta bearing No.1358 of property bearing S.No. 106/7, admeasure 2.21 acres of agricultural land which is situated in Appammasamuthiram village, Attur Taluk, Salem District, belongs to the petitioner.

ORDER
This petition has been filed for issuance of writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents herein to consider the petitioner representation dated 4.12.2021 to include the petitioner name in patta.
2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is the absolute owner of the property bearing S.No. 106/7, admeasuring 2.21 acres of agricultural land, which is situated in Appammasamuthiram village, Attur Taluk, Salem District and the revenue records also stands in the name of the petitioner. It is the grievance of the petitioner that when the petitioner verified it through online, it was shocked to note that the petitioner's name was not found in the patta. Hence, the petitioner sent a representation dated 04.12.2021, requested the respondents to include the petitioner's name in the aforesaid patta. Inspite of receipt of the said representation, the respondents has not favoured any response. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner is before this Court.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if this Court issues direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.12.2021 and may pass appropriate orders within a stipulated time frame as fixed by this Court.
4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents has no objection for said order being passed.
5. In view of the aforesaid submissions, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.12.2021 on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
