Crl.OP.No.7727 of 2023 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA,J., When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the earlier application filed by the petitioner before this Court in Crl.O.P.No.2004 of 2023 was dismissed by this Court on 01.02.2023 and suppressing the same, the petitioner has filed the present petition.

2. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in this regard, he would get instructions from the petitioner and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition by mentioning the earlier dismissal and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioners, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
