ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to amend the name of the respondent police as "Thirupathur Town

Police Station" instead of "Thirupathur Taluk Police Station" and the name of the jurisdictional Magistrate as "Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Thirupathur" instead of Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Vaniyambadi, Thirupathur District" in the order passed in Crl.OP.No.5064 of 2026 dated 27.02.2026.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the petition, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.

3. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the order dated 27.02.2026 passed in Crl.OP.No.5064 of 2026 and issue fresh order copy to the parties.
