The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 420, 465, 468, 471, 474 read with 34 of IPC in Cr.No.472 of 2011 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. A perusal of the prayer reveals that the case has been taken up by the Court below for trial in CC.No.5038 of 2020 which is confirmed by the learned Government Advocate.

3. In such circumstances, anticipatory bail sought for is wholly misconceived and however, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the Court below. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed. 14.06.2021 rli To
