ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to provide adequate police protection for conducting the Maha Kumabishekam of the Sri Badra Kaliamman Temple, situated at Nandhimangalam Village, Virudhachalam Taluk, Cuddalore District scheduled to be held on 04.06.2017.

2. Mr.Era.Premnath, learned Government Advocate, taking notice for the respondents submitted that the respondents had already provided police protection for the festival conducted on 04.06.2017.
