This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the Charge Sheet filed in PRC.No.2 of 2021, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of Dharapuram.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has faced trial in the impugned proceedings and was acquitted by the judgement dated 07.01.2023 in SC.No.178/2021. 3.In view of the above submission, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition and hence the prayer in the instant petition has become infructuous.
