Heard Mr.D.Baskar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.Gunasekar, learned Central Government Standing Counsel, accepting notice on behalf of the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.By consent of the learned counsel on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 3.The petitioner is aggrieved by the action initiated by the respondent Organisation for non-payment of provident fund dues. The present proceedings is under Section 14-B and 7Q of the Employees Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952.

4.Admittedly, there is an appeal remedy available to the petitioner under the Employees Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952, as against the order impugned in the present writ petition. Therefore, the petitioner can very well approach the appellate authority, if they seek for any relief.

5.With the above liberty, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
