Prayer:- Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, for the speedy disposal of the application in I.A.No.348 of 2015 in O.S.No.122 of 2008 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Paramathi, Namakkal District.

O R D E R
Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking direction to the District Munsif Court, Paramathi, Namakkal District, to dispose of the application in I.A.No.348 of 2015 in O.S.No.122 of 2008 pending on its file as expeditiously as possible on merits in accordance with law.
2.Learned counsel for the revision petitioner submitted that the respondents 1 to 10 as plaintiffs filed a suit for permanent injunction in respect of 10 items of property against the Government officials viz., District Collector and others. During pendency of the suit, the revision petitioner herein, who is the Panchayat President, has come forward with an application in I.A.No.348 of 2015 to implead himself as a party to the proceedings for effective adjudication of the suit stating that the
respondents 1 to 10 encroached upon the property belongs to the Panchayat and constructed shops. But the said application has been posted for enquiry on 03.03.2015 and the same was taken on file only on 15.04.2015 and now it is pending. Therefore, he prayed for early disposal of the application.
3.Considering the limited nature of the relief as sought for herein, notice to the respondents is dispensed with. 4.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner and on perusal of the typed set of papers, it is a fit case to give a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the application as early as possible. Accordingly, the District Munsif Court, Paramathi, Namakkal District, is directed to dispose of the application in I.A.No.348 of 2015 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
