The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police states that the accused had been identified through C.C.Tv footage and she has been arrested and remanded through P.T.Warrant. He further states that investigation will be completed within a period of three months and final report will be filed.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
