..Respondents Prayer:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records of the 4th respondent in his proceedings Pen/26/4/12620623/ADK/R2609606 dated 11.04.2016 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to the forthwith sanction minimum pension as per G.O.756, Revenue Department dated 17.08.1993 with effect from 01.11.2009 with all monetary arrears and other attendant benefits.

(2)Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. No costs.
