ORDER
The petitioners / Accused 1 to 3, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 351, 115 and 117 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act 1961, in connection with the case in Crime No.Not known of 2025, seek anticipatory bail.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions submitted that a petition enquiry is pending and an FIR has not been registered.
3. In view of the same, the respondent shall conduct and conclude the enquiry within a period of three weeks from today. If the petitioners' appearance is required, the respondent shall issue a notice under Section 35 of BNSS, 2023 and on such notice, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent. Till the conclusion of the enquiry, the respondent police shall 2/4
not arrest the petitioners.
4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
