This petition is filed to modify the condition that the petitioner shall surrender passport before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vaniyampadi imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No. 27178 of 2024 by way of order dated 08.11.2024.

3.Considering the nature of allegation and serious objection raised by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Court finds no ground to interfere with the said condition.
