PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the second respondent to give police protection to the petitioner to approach her land through common passage.

ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking for police protection from the hands of the third respondent herein.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is not able to reach her farm house through a common path way since, the third respondent is obstructing her from reaching her farm house. Hence, this petition has been 1/2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
4.It is seen that there is civil dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent herein. Instead of approaching Civil Court, the petitioner approached this Court for seeking police protection. Therefore, direction cannot be granted. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Civil Court with appropriate petition.
