The Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order of this Court in Crl.O.P.No.22175 of 2023 dated 27.09.2023.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing on behalf of the respondent Police submitted that FIR was registered in Crime No.218 of 2024 on 06.06.2024 and a copy of the FIR was also furnished before this Court. A copy of the FIR was also furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3.This Court has already directed the respondent to proceed further with the investigation in line with Chapter 12 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and complete the same as expeditiously as possible.
