Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and one week time is extended to deposit 50% of the cheque amount and to execute the sureties, as directed by this Court vide order dated 12.02.2026 in Crl.M.P.No.2382 of 2026 in Crl.R.C.No.322 of 2026.
