This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.372 of 2018 on the file of the first respondent against the petitioner for the offence punishable under Section 420 of I.P.C.

2. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] that after investigation, the very F.I.R. is closed and negative report has been filed in RCS No.57 of 2019 on 30.03.2019 before the Judicial Magistrate, Arni and the same has been served on the defacto complainant. Hence, submitted that nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.
3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
