Street, Annai Sathya Nagar, Ambattur, Chennai - 600 053 which was allotted to the petitioners' mother namely Late Mrs.Dhanalakshmi @ Mahalakshmi in favour of the 1st Petitioner namely Mrs.J.Saraswathy on the representation dated 06.06.2018.

By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioners have come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondent to execute the sale deed of the property on payment situated at Plot No. 214 Door No. 4, N.S.K. Street, Annai Sathya Nagar, Ambattur, Chennai - 600 053 which was allotted to their mother namely Late Mrs.Dhanalakshmi @ Mahalakshmi in favour of the 1st Petitioner namely Mrs.J.Saraswathy on their representation dated 06.06.2018.

3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the first petitioner has submitted a representation dated 06.06.2018 claiming the same relief as prayed in this writ petition, but, the said representation is yet to be disposed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of by the respondent. However, the learned counsel submitted that it would suffice, if the said representation made by the first petitioner is directed to be considered by the respondent, on merits.

4.Mr.M.Rajasekar, learned Standing Counsel taking notice for the respondent submitted that the respondent be directed to consider the first petitioner's representation and pass orders in accordance with law.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court directs the respondent to consider the first petitioner's representation dated 06.06.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioners as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
