O R D E R

The Learned Counsel appearing for the Fifth Respondent submits that the Fifth Respondent has obtained license under the Cable Television Network (Regulation) Act, 1995 and the Cable Television Network Rules, 1994, by proceedings No. B18/85419/2019 dated 10.05.2019 and hence, the complaint of the Petitioner in his representation does not survive for consideration.

In view of the same, the Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to pursue appropriate remedy before the competent forum in accordance with law and has made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded. 3.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
