4.
The grievance of the petitioner is that he made representation dated 19.01.2024 before the fourth respondent to issue patta for his property in Survey No.499 situated at Mukandapalli Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District, by changing the classification of the land as Anadhinam which was made mistakenly in the UDR Scheme in the revenue records during the period 1978-1987. However, the same has not been considered by the fourth respondent. Hence, the present Writ Petition. 5.
The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the appropriate authority is the District Revenue Officer, Krishnagiri District and if a fresh representation is given by the petitioner, the same will be considered by the concerned authority. 6.
In such view of the matter, the petitioner shall give a fresh representation to the District Revenue Officer, Krishnagiri District, for issuance of patta in the name of the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such representation being given, the District Revenue Officer, Krishnagiri District shall consider 3/6
and pass appropriate orders, on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months thereafter.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
