Respondent Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of habeas corpus directing the respondent to produce the detenu A.Raja Mohamed, [Accused No.11] aged about 38 years and remaining in detention in the sub jail at Poonamallee in CC.No.1/2016 in Crime No.746/2014 on the file of the learned Special Court under the NIA Act, 2008 [Sessions Court for Exclusive Trial of Bomb Blast Cases], Chennai at Poonamallee before this Court and set him at liberty subject to such conditions as to bail.
