[ IN CRL.MP.NO.12608 OF 2018 ] Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and upon hearing the arguments of MR.SRIRANGAN ADVOCATE FOR M/S.S.SRINIVASA NARAYANAN Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- The personal appearance of the petitioner is dispensed with on condition that he shall ensure that Rajesh Menon shall deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) before 5th of every English Calendar month to the credit of D.V.C.No.

14 of 2018 on the file of the XVII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet, Chennai 600 015, as ad-interim maintenance, without prejudice to both the parties. On such deposit being made, the respondent/wife is entitled to withdraw the same. For the month of October 2018, the said sum of Rs.5,000/- shall be deposited on or before 26.10.2018.
