ORDER

By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2.The deponent of the affidavit filed in support of the petition, claims to be the President of the petitioner-Association and it's membership is 175 and he would state among other things, that for the academic year 2015-2016, he submitted a detailed representation dated 9.3.2015, to the first respondent requesting them to revise the fee structure in consonance with the guidelines, given by the Division Bench of this Court in the judgment, reported in 2012 (2) CWC 204 (LAKSHMI MATRICULATION SCHOOL V. STATE OF TAMIL NADU AND OTHERS), and since admissions are going to start very shortly, came forward to file this writ petition praying for appropriate direction directing the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation in accordance with law.

3.Heard the submissions of Mr.Kandhan Duraisami, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, who has drawn the attention of this Court to the above cited judgment and would submit that it would suffice to direct the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation in accordance with the guidelines given in the said judgment.

4.The Court heard Mr.P.Sanjai Gandhi, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepted notice on behalf of the first respondent, and Mrs.P.Rajalakshmi, learned Government Advocate, who accepted notice on behalf of the respondents 2 and 3, also. 5.This Court, taking into consideration the above facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the representation, directs the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 9.3.2015, in accordance with law, within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner-Association. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
