This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner on 05.03.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.5279 of 2024 in condition No.(b) i.e., the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.30,000/- as non-refundable deposit to the credit of the District Revenue Officer, Namakkal.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is extended that the petitioner shall deposit the above said amount as ordered by this Court, from the date on which, the order copy made ready.
