When the matter came up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing on both sides, on instructions, submitted that the prayer with regard to the implementation of the Government Welfare Scheme, for supply of books to the students, has already https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

been considered by the Government and necessary orders were issued and hence, nothing survives for adjudication.

2. In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for both sides, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
