ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.11.2017 and consequently direct the first respondent to conduct an enquiry to refund the fee of Rs.79,000/- paid for the petitioner's daughter to the second respondent. 2.

Though the prayer is seeking for a positive direction for refunding the amount paid by the petitioner, pursuant to the admission granted to the petitioner's daughter, the learned counsel for the petitioner now confined his relief to the effect that the representation dated 03.01.2017, followed by the reminder dated 24.11.2017 to be considered and appropriate orders be passed.

Under such circumstances, without going into the merits of the matter, I direct the respondents to consider the representation dated 03.01.2017, followed by the reminder dated 24.11.2017 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
