2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has not complied with the conditions imposed by this Court for nineteen days. Hence, this Court is of the firm view that there are no grounds made out to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.No.2105 of 2026 dated 30.01.2026. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
