Comp. A.Nos.165 & 244 of 2022 in C.P.No.57 of 1998 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY,J The successful auction purchaser has filed a memo dated 24.03.2023. In the said memo, it is stated that the entire sale consideration of Rs.1,95,00,000/- towards purchase of the extent of 55.78 acres of lands constituting the Maxworth Keezhakaduvetti Project was remitted on the dates indicated in the table set out in the said memo. The Official Liquidator confirms receipt of the entire sale consideration as per the details provided by the successful auction purchaser. It should be noticed that a rival claim was made in respect of the relevant property and such rival claim was rejected by order dated 13.02.2023 in Comp.A.No.205 of 2022. Consequently, the decks have been cleared and the successful auction purchaser is entitled to the relief claimed.

2. For reasons set out above, the sale in favour of Mr. M.Ulaganathan is confirmed in respect of the property ad-measuring an aggregate extent of 55.78 acres situated at Keezhakaduvetti Village (53.82 acres) and Kallikulam Village (1.96 acres) of Nanguneri Taluk, Tirunelveli District. 1/3

The Official Liquidator is directed to execute a sale certificate in favour of the nominee of the successful auction purchaser, Ms.R.Jegatha, W/o.Mr.K.Ravikumar (Aadhar No.7652 5787 7921) PAN AMOPJ3725D, No.20, Raj Nagar N.G.O.A. Colony, Palayamkottai, Tirunelveli 627 007. The Official Liquidator is further directed to hand over all available original title and revenue records pertaining to the said property to the nominee of the successful auction purchaser. The jurisdictional revenue and police authorities are directed to extend necessary support for handing over physical possession of the property to the auction purchaser. The above actions shall be completed within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Comp. A.Nos.165 & 244 of 2022 are disposed of on the above terms.
