JUDGMENT
When the suit was posted for hearing on 10.09.2015, there was no representation for the plaintiff and hence, it was posted on
G.CHOCKALINGAM,J., kkd 18.09.2015 under the caption "for dismissal". On 18.09.2015, the learned counsel for the plaintiff requested time and the matter was posted on 22.09.2015 under the same caption. Even today, the learned counsel for the plaintiff requests that the matter to be passed over at 2.15 p.m. But after noon, when the matter was called, there was no representation for the plaintiff. Therefore, this Civil Suit is dismissed for default. No costs.
