By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2.The petitioner would state that he has paid the entire amount of Rs.5,267/- in favour of the first respondent, with regard to the allotment of a house bearing Door No.7/10 - Plot No.588, Thiruvalluvar 2nd Street, Periyar Nagar, Thiruninravur, Poonamalli Taluk, Thiruvalluvar District, admeasuring to an extent of 809 square feet, in Survey No.588. The grievance expressed by him, is that in spite of such a payment, the sale deed has not been executed in his favour, and in this regard, he also submitted a representation dated 31.3.2014, to the first respondent, who, in turn, vide reply dated 2.5.2014, under the Right To Information Act, has informed him that for taking appropriate steps, a report has been forwarded to the Estate Office III, Thirumangalam, Chennai, on 9.4.2014, and on response, further orders will be passed and since no response is forthcoming, he came forward to file this writ petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, would submit that nothing had happened after May, 2014, and the petitioner has also submitted a reminder on 17.6.2014, to the first respondent and also sought information under the Right To Information Act, and they sent a reply stating that a proposal has been forwarded to the Estate Officer. Therefore, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, prays for appropriate orders directing the first respondent to execute the sale deed in his favour. 4.The Court heard the submissions of Mr.B.Kesavan, learned Counsel, who accepted notice on behalf of the respondents, also. 5.

This Court, taking into consideration the above facts and circumstances and also the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner, and without going into the merits of the same, directs the respondents 1 and 2 to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 17.6.2014, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
