PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, pleased to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the first respondent made in the impugned notice dated 26.03.2015 made in No.3093 workshop 108(113 new) on the file of the first respondent and to quash the same and to further direct the first respondent not to give effect the demand made in the impugned order till such time the assessment of the third respondent in the property tax in terms of the order of this Court after considering the representations 08.10.2007 and 5.11.2007 of the petitioner. The writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned notice dated 26.03.2015 made in No.3093 workshop 108(113 new) on the file of the first respondent.

2. The learned counsel appearing on both sides submitted that the petitioner had paid the water tax.

3. In view of the above, as the petitioner had paid the water charges. Thus, no further adjudication is required. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
