ORDER

When the matter came up for hearing, Mr.Naveen Kumar Murthi, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he has no objection to nominate Mr.Justice N.Paul Vasanthakumar, Former Chief Justice of Jammu and Kashmir High Court, to enter reference in this matter. The learned counsel has also filed an affidavit indicating the authority to continue the proceedings despite the application was admitted before the Company Law Board.

In such view of the matter, this Court appoints Mr.Justice N.Paul Vasanthakumar, Former Chief Justice of Jammu and Kashmir High Court, to enter reference in this matter and complete the proceedings. The learned Arbitrator shall hear the parties and complete the proceedings within a period of six months from the date of entering reference. The learned Arbitrator is permitted to receive claim and counter claim. The parties are at liberty to agitate their legal rights and make their submissions before the Arbitrator. The parties are at liberty to raise all the disputes including the interim reliefs. The learned Arbitrator shall fix his fee as per Schedule IV of the Act.
