This Civil Revision Petition has been filed as against the fair and decreetal order dated 28.07.2016 passed by the learned Subordinate Judge, Sankari, in I.A.No.5 of 2013 in P.O.P.No.2 of 2013, thereby allowing the petition filed by the respondents 1 & 2 for interim maintenance. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the matter has been settled between the parties and they are living jointly.

Recording the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
