Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of habeas corpus, to direct the 5th respondent herein to produce the body and person of the Detenue K.Sathyapriya, aged about 17 years, before this Court and set her at liberty forthwith.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner is the mother of the detenue - K.Sathyapriya, aged about 17 years. This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 5th respondent for production of the detenu.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that pursuant to the earlier orders of this court, the detenue had rejoined the petitioner, who is her mother and, therefore, nothing survives in this petition.

3. In view of the above, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed.
