This Court, by an order dated 06.05.2021, directed the petitioner to surrender before the jurisdictional Court within a period of six weeks.

2. The petitioner filed the present petition seeking extension of time to surrender.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the time granted by this Court is extended for a further period of fifteen days and the petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This petition is ordered accordingly.
