The prayer sought in this writ petition is to direct the first respondent to dispose of the petition dated 26.03.2016 filed under Section 82 and 83 of the Registration Act, 1908.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner.
3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent submitted that during the pendency of this writ petition, the petition dated 26.03.2016 is disposed of by the first respondent on 24.05.2018 under Section 82 and 83 of the Registration Act, 1908 and this writ petition becomes infructuous.
