Prayer : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, praying to call for the records relating to the case in Crime No.10 of 2017 pending investigation on the file of the 1st respondent police and quash the same.

ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the case in Crime No.10 of 2017 pending investigation on the file of the 1st respondent police and quash the same.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the petitioner and the defacto complainant have appeared before this Court along with child. She was accompanied by the first respondent police, now the defacto complainant is aged about 23 years and she stated that she is not interested to live with the petitioner but however, they are ready to settled the issues. On earlier occasion, the compromise was arrived between the parties and today, they have filed a Joint memo of compromise, wherein, the petitioner has gifted 20 cents of land in favour of the child and copy of the original settlement deed along with parent documents, Patta of the said land is handed over to the defacto complainant/second respondent through Court and Permanent alimony of Rs.2.Laksh handed over to the defacto complainant in the Open Court and she also received the same. In respect of payment of maintenance to the minor child, the petitioner has agreed to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- to the minor child in every Month 2/4
of English Calender from April till she married. If any default of payment, the case will be opened for further suitable orders.
3. In respect of visitation rights, the defacto complainant has accepted the same, the petitioner is directed to visit the child before by giving prior information to the defacto complainant. Hence, as there is no possibility of reunion, the defacato complainant is not inclined to proceed with the matter.
4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate (Crl side) appearing for the 1st respondent police.
5. Considering the joint memo of compromise filed by both parties, this Criminal Original Petition stands allowed and the proceedings in Crime No.10 of 2017, on the file of the 1st respondent police, is quashed and the terms of joint memo of compromise has been T.V.THAMILSELVI, J.

filed by the petitioner and the second respondent, shall form part and parcel of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
