ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking to dispose of I.A.No. 2 of 2022 in O.P.No.3750 of 2015.
2.
During the course of submissions, learned counsel for the petitioner relied on the order dated 29.06.2022 in C.R.P.(PD) No. 1670 of 2022, this Court, wherein learned II Additional Principal Page No.1 of 4
Judge, Family Court, Chennai was directed to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.3273 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order.
3.
Considering the above said directions, it appears that the trial Judge has been proceeding with the inquiry by clubbing O.P.No.3750 of 2015 with other connected applications. 4.
It is further submitted by learned counsel for petitioner that even though there was a direction in I.A.No. 2 of 2022 in O.P.No.3750 of 2015 to the respondent to pay interim maintenance of Rs.20,000/- per month to the petitioner from 27.07.2018, the respondent / husband has not complied with the same and inspite of mentioning before learned trial Judge, the enquiry in main O.P. is being proceeded with.
5.
It is further noticed that even after giving directions to the trial Court to dispose of main O.P.No.3750 of 2015 within (6) months from the date of order in C.R.P.(PD) No.1620 of 2020, there is no progress in that directions. Considering the circumstance, the learned II Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai, is Page No.2 of 4
directed to comply with the directions passed in C.R.P.(PD) No. 1670 of 2022 vide order dated 29.06.2022, scrupulously and to complete the trial.
6.
In view of above, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 17.04.2023 Index:Yes/No ssm To:
