ORDER

(Order of the court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.S.T.Varadharajulu, learned counsel for the petitioner; and, Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader for respondents 1 and 2.

2. Learned State Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that within two weeks the survey would be conducted

of the subject writ land and, if any encroachment is found, the same would be removed within six weeks thereafter.
