JUDGMENT

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, a joint memo of compromise is filed by the appellant and the first respondent. Both the appellant and the first respondent appeared through virtual mode and accepted the terms of compromise. The counsel for the respondents 2 & 3 has no objection for the same and also made an endorsement to that effect. Hence, the said memo is recorded.

2. In view of the above, the second appeal is disposed of as per the terms of Joint Memo of Compromise recorded. The Joint Memo of Compromise shall form part of the decree. No costs.
