O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this Civil Revision Petition to dispose of O.S.No.535 of 2006 pending on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Pondicherry within a stipulated time. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner herein filed a suit for declaration and also for permanent injunction and the defendants filed the written statement and contested the suit. During the pendency of the suit, the petitioner filed an application in I.A.No.899 of 2007 and the same is still pending. He further submitted that now the petitioner sought for early disposal of the application in I.A.No.899 of 2007 and the suit in O.S.No.535 of 2006.

3.Even though all the respondents were served, there is no representation on behalf of the respondents 1, 2 and 4. Learned counsel appearing for the third respondent had no objection for early disposal of the suit as prayed for by the petitioner.

4.Considering the limited nature of the relief as sought for herein, I am of the view that it is a fit case to direct the trial Court to dispose of the suit in

O.S.No.535 of 2006 as early as possible. Accordingly, the Presiding Officer, Principal District Munsif, Pondicherry is directed to dispose of the application in I.A.No.899 of 2007 within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after giving fair opportunity to both sides. The Presiding Officer, Principal District Munsif, Pondicherry is also directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.5356 of 2006 within four months thereafter. 5.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
