Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased too pass an order of direction, directing the Respondents to count 50% of the service of the Petitioner from 10.01.1986 - 25.06.2000 along with regularized service to calculate qualifying service of the Petitioner for Pensionary benefits and further to grant all arrears of monetary benefits, (in WMP No.24673 of 2017) pending disposal of the above WP No.6351 / 2013.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MS.T.AANANTHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:-

Post the writ petition for final disposal on 08.02.2018. In view of the same, no orders are necessary in the direction petition and therefore, the same is dismissed.
