(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Since the appellants do not press the inclusion of the third appellant as one of the appellants, without prejudice to the proposed third appellant's rights to pursue an independent appeal, the appeal filed by two of the defendants as the first two appellants, against the final decree, is admitted. The name of the proposed third appellant will be struck off, with liberty to the proposed third appellant to apply individually, if so advised.

2. Let the appeal papers be served on all the respondents, including the respondents Nos.6, 8, 9 and 10, who have not been served copies of the application.

3. CMP No.14139 of 2021 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

4. The appeal will appear for hearing after a fortnight, subject to all the respondents being served.
