This petition is filed to implead the second respondent/proposed respondent - 2 as second respondent in Crl.O.P.No.6397 of 2023.

2.Considering the nature, facts and circumstances of the case registered in Crime No.135 of 2023, on the basis of the complaint given by the complainants, this Court is of the view that the proposed respondent - 2 must be heard before taking a final decision in the Crl.O.P.No.6397 of 2023. Therefore, Crl.M.P.No.5690 of 2023 is allowed.

3.Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment and list the matter after vacation.
