ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent herein to release the vehicle JCB bearing Registration No.TN32 AC 4476 and lorry bearing Registration No.TN 32 AA9412 based on petitioner's representation dated 03.06.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.T.N.Rajagopalan, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. This Court, considering the limited scope of the prayer made by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, hereby directs the first respondent to consider the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation of the petitioner dated 03.06.2015 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
