This petition is filed seeking to modify the order passed by this Court in Crl.R.C.No.681 of 2012, dated 11.03.2019 as to deposit the compensation amount of Rs.1,00,000/- before the learned Special Court(TNPID Act), Coimbatore instead of to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- to PW-5 directly.

2.It is now stated by the revision petitioner that pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 11.03.2019, the revision petitioner tried to conduct PW-5 to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- as ordered by this Court, but he is not able to conduct PW-5 for compliance of the Court order, hence seeks permission to deposit the amount of Rs.1,00,000/- before the Special Court(TNPID Act), Coimbatore.

ari 3.In the light of the difficulty expressed by the revision petitioner, the prayer in this criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. The petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- to the credit of C.C.No.36 of 2008 on the file of the Special Court(TNPID Act), Coimbatore, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If PW-5[Rakkimuthu] file application for return of Rs.1,00,000/-, on verification, the same may be allowed by the concerned Court.
