CMP No.5225 of 2016 has been filed to grant interim injunction restraining the first respondent from making any alterations or additions or putting up any construction in the 2nd Item of the Suit property.

2. CMP No.5226 of 2016 has been filed seeking interim direction to the first respondent to deposit the entire rental income to the credit of the suit, being collected from the tenants, pending disposal of the appeal suit.

3. There is no interim order in these applications from the year 2016. Appeals are ripe for hearing. Hence, both the civil miscellaneous petitions are closed.
