The petitioner has filed this Writ petition for consideration of his representation dated 07.03.2023 before the respondent for issuance of Legal Heir Certificate.

Today, when the matter is listed under the caption 'For Reporting Compliance', the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that, the petitioner's representation dated 07.03.2023 seeking issuance of Legal Heir Certificate has been considered and Legal Heir certificate was issued in favour of the petitioner, vide certificate bearing Certificate No.TN-7202305221876 dated 24.05.2023 and produced a copy of the same before this Court. The learned counsel for the petitioner also ratifies the same.
