The Writ Petition has been filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.06.2015 within a time fixed by this Court and also for consequential relief.

Considering the limited prayer made by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the matter, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.06.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. No costs.
