This civil revision petition seeks for expeditious disposal of D.V.C. No. 8 of 2021 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate at Ambattur. 1/3

3. When the matter came up for admission on 06.08.2024, I called for a report from the learned Judicial Magistrate at Ambattur as to how long the learned Judge would require to dispose of the proceedings. The learned Judicial Magistrate at Ambattur has sent a report stating that he would require a period of two weeks to dispose of the said proceedings.

4. Taking into consideration the report of the learned Judicial Magistrate at Ambattur, two months time is granted to dispose of D.V.C. No. 8 of 2021 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
